Breaking Spade

4.5 Stars of Awesomesauce! When it comes to creating characters that I can’t help but fall in love it, Harley Stone is one of the Queens of the written word! Spade and Jessica have become my new favorite couple in this awesome series. Of course, Spade is a total badass. But, he also has a softer side that comes out through the book. And he is smoking hot as well, so that does help him. He is totally loyal and when he cares, he cares with his whole heart. And Jessica, while appearing in the beginning as being a little almost shy (my opinion) and not confident, totally turns around that opinion. The interactions between these two is spontaneous, but also very sweet. Overall, great book! Loved the characters and the storyline. Low drama, which is really nice in MC stories, and an HEA … awesome! I have liked every one of the Dead President books and highly recommend them to anyone. Even if you don’t go for MC books, you should still give this series and author a shot. You will not be disappointed! So, two thumbs up and happy reading!! :)

This book! Spade and Jessica are the kind of couple I love to read about! I can't get over how amazing their story is. It starts off with danger, and ends with a HEA that really makes my heart soar! Jessica is a good girl. But, really, she's hiding from herself. There is more to her than meets the eye, than even she can see. But it's going to take a special man, and special circumstances, to bring it out. Spade is loyal. To his family, both blood and club. And Jessica catches him, when he least expects it. Theirs is a connection that is both explosive, and beautiful. I absolutely loved this story. Jessica and Spade have a spark that is immediate, and perfect. I loved all of the visits with the characters from previous books, and can't say how much I enjoyed this book. It's definitely one that any one that enjoys MC romance will adore!

For fans of the Dead Presidents MC it is time to Hoot and Holler. Jessica gets her story. Any lady that opens her home to Carly, a young mom and her son, Trent, is alright by me. In this book, Jessica pays for her kindness and being "too safe". She struggles. She frets and has many regrets. It is time to live and Spade is just the man to dig her out of her rut. Spade is the perfect guy. He works for his father even though he doesn't want to be in construction. He is a great big brother to his sisters and a great brother to the club. If that wasn't enough he drops everything for his great uncle, risking his dreams for time with Jessica. Breaking Spade is a love story with heart and soul. Breaking Spade is a romance that paves the way for a better future. If anyone deserves a better tomorrow it is Spade and Jessica.
