Ever since the moment I first met him, there was just something about Chase that drew me in. His happy-go-lucky attitude and personable demeanor made me want to know more. Throughout the series, we’ve seen hints of the deeper man behind his social mask, and now we finally get to see the real Chase. When the previous book ended and the mystery was still all up in the air, I was about ready to throw a hissy fit. It helped knowing this book was coming and would give me all the answers I was desperate for. Sydney/Sadie is a tangled ball of contradictions. She’s assertive yet timid, confident yet vulnerable. She was not what I was expecting to see Chase partnered with, but they worked perfectly together, even when they weren’t actually working together. I have had so much fun getting to know these characters, it hurts my heart just a little bit to say goodbye to them now that the series has concluded. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book through Booksprout.

This action packed, suspense filled storyline was well written with characters that were so well developed that Chase and Sydney kept me totally engaged until the very last page was turned!
