When I Let You Go: A New Adult College Romance

This is book six from The Let Me Series and it is Dylan and Veronica's story and omg this book is a must but have the tissues handy because you will definitely need them. Dylan wants out of his marriage as he realised that even though he is not perfect and has done some awful things he deserves a chance to change and find love again. Dylan has always regretted cheating on Kasia the one women that he loved years ago so when he meets Veronica he realised that he wants to have a life with her but what he doesn't know is that Veronica is related to Kasia's. Veronica has had a hard life as her dad is a nasty, abusive and cruel man who through her out and her mother didn't do anything about it but the other side of her family including Kasia has always been there for her. When Dylan and Veronica meet they have a instant attraction between them but neither know that they have a connection between them that is Kasia so how will it all work out in the end for them. This story takes you on a roller coaster ride of so many twists and turns along with emotional situations that have you in tears for everything that is happening and you feel like you are taking every step with them and going through it yourself. I couldn't put this book down as it was a real page turner that took you in right from the first page until the last one and it was so addictive and kept you on the edge of your seat. I am so sad that this series had to end but I look forward to reading the next book by Lily Foster who is an amazing author and writer and she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention while turning the pages of this book. Blown away by this book. It starts out with a prologue from the perspective of the main character's mother. This was unexpected but so original and so well written. And it gives the reader insight into what makes Dylan Cole tick. And even though Dylan is bad in so many ways, the author gives us believable reasons to root for him all the way. When he meets Veronica, someone he doesn't recognize from his past, the heat level is off the charts. This book is hot, a bit on the dark side, and it will keep you turning the pages. You don't need to read the books that come before it in the series (I didn't at first) but then I went back and started from book one. It's a very good series.
